I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mulberry! The boutique hotel had an exquisite garden and a refreshing swimming pool. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was truly great and I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the pool. The restaurant served delicious meals for breakfast and lunch, and I even received a complimentary airport transfer and a relaxing 60-minute massage at their spa. Mulberry is definitely the best place to stay in town.

The staff may require a bit more training on how to deal with bookings the rooms description on the website need better description: we booked a twin deluxe room which offered a seating area, views of the pool and a balcony and got offered a basic twin room with no views and nothing as described... The receptionist understood our complaint and offered us an upgraded family room which conformed with our booking - better management of the bookings will probably eliminate discomfort :) will probably be back there

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. The pool area was beautiful, surrounded by a lovely garden with butterflies flying around. The WiFi throughout the hotel was excellent. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the night market and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to settle in at our own pace. The hotel even arranged a tuk tuk driver for us, who turned out to be one of the best people we met during our stay in Cambodia.

We had an amazing value for our money at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the pool. The location was perfect, a quiet oasis in the busy town center. The staff treated us like royalty, offering excellent service and helpful recommendations.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been more diverse.

The staff were fabulous and always offered the little extras such as cold towels and a glass of water when we returned from a hot, dusty sightseeing trip, more coffee, pool towels or a bowl of nuts with our evening cocktails.

The call to prayer and music from a neighbouring Hindu funeral seemed to go on forever.

I always choose this hotel. They helped me with adaptors on my first stay. Mulberry has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24/7 reception, bar, restaurant. Coming back for Christmas!

The poolside bar had a great selection of drinks, and as a direct guest, I enjoyed freebies like airport pick-ups, minibars, and even laundry services. The open-air restaurant served delicious Asian and Western food, and the hotel's location was peaceful.

Spent an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel! Loved the welcoming and helpful staff who offered us refreshing towels and drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk away from the central part of town. We especially enjoyed the free water bottles and the hotel's commitment to reducing waste. the food was top-notch and reasonably priced compared to other fine-dining restaurants.

Although we had a great stay, the noise from the surrounding bars could be heard at night. However, this is expected in such a central location and did not prevent us from getting a good night's sleep.
